These are great, keep you pretty full for a few hours and are helping me lose weight. I do them with water and they are super thick and creamy.I'm gradually trying all the flavours. Chocolate is my favourite (not in this pack).The white choc and raspberry, and the mint choc are both lush. Caramel is nice. I hate coffee but my partner has the Latte ones so they aren't wasted and said they are okay but quite rich.

Enjoyed all flavours. Kept me full and l didn't eat in-between meals. 2 shakes a day and a salad with chicken or similar for lunch.

I did quite a bit of research before starting on a meal replacement diet as I always worried they were unhealthy. I’ve since found out that it can be a good way to lose weight and keep it off.5 days in and I’ve lost 3lbs so far. I do feel hungry particularly in the afternoon but find keeping my fluids up helps. I love that I don’t have to think about calorie counting and can just get on with my day.Thoughts on flavours - love the chocolate and strawberry, like banana and not keen on vanilla which feels like I’m drinking baby formula. I’m trying the other set of flavours for my second week.I have lots of water between shakes and cups of tea which helps to keep my tummy fuller. I look forward to dinner all day and am fuller when I’ve eaten it than I would normally be when eating all my meals.

The shakes taste nice and they last until dinner time I take one in the mornings now and again but I will always purchase them

What I originally was reading about it said these drinks are a replacement for the lipotrim shakes and they are nothing like lipotrim, when you used the lipotrim you have 3 drinks a day and they are made with water I was on them 6 months and lost 8 and a half stone and that is the kind I was told they where.
