This bar tastes really good and there are no added sugars, salt (!!) or, thank goodness, the ubiquitous chocolate. It’s a good snack for when I’m hiking or after physical activity. Hope Bolo continues to stock it.

Although these bars have a good fruity flavour and an initial hint of strawberry, the taste is more figs with a crunch of hazelnuts after the first bite. It isn’t unpleasant, but it lacks any really strawberry , which is disappointing since that is the headline flavour and accounts for 43% of the content, with figs in second place at 37%.Calorie wise, a bar is satisfying and relatively low calorie at 136 per 35g bar and, even though that’s small for a snack, it is filling thanks to the dense content. It has a 13% fat content, but only 10% of that is saturated fat (at 1.3%) and a high fibre content of 9.4% (3.3g in each bar) means I am happy to have one at any time, safe in the knowledge that this is not a diet busting hit.A box contains 18 bars and therefore appears to offer good value and they are suitable for a vegetarian and vegan diet, which is great. My pack has a shelf life of almost 11 months; they won’t last that long.

Barrette fatte solo di pochi ingredienti(due tre frutti diversi e null'altro)no conservanti, no zuccheri aggiunti no farine o colle di pesce animali o schifezze varie.il sapore anche se su scatola è diverso(sono proposte in vari gusti)alla fine è sempre leggero, dato che in tutte c'è sempre il fico e questo copre un poco il gusto diciamo originale, ma risultano tutte comunque ottime e super gustose.a vista, appena aperte magari non sono bellissime, ma dopo il primo morso, vorrete finire subito tutta la barretta.
