Made organically in Turkey and using only raw, virgin ingredients: apricots, dried figs and hazelnuts. They're free from preservatives and any anything artificial, with literally 3 ingredients and that's all.*Almost* the ingredients are very distinctive: The entirety of the fig is used - including the seeds - this, is most pronounced flavour in these otherwise 'apricot' bars. They add a chewy crunchy texture as the seeds are very apparent, which appeals to those who adore dried figs, but may not be to everyone's palate.The apricot adds the hit of natural sugar for that sugar craving. I do detect the presence in the flavour, but as the fig is so pronounced, the apricot takes more of a back note.The 20% crushed raw hazelnuts balances the sweet fruit - the result is a deeper, nuttier flavour with a good bite. And quite filling in a single bar.The fruit within, tastes fresh, the bar is decidedly chewy.Quite sweet, containing 45% sugar per bar, albeit from the natural fruit and not from any other source. Considering they're a nutty bar, the content of protein amounts to 5.9% - not a high protein, post-workout protein bar.The expiry date on the pack states October 2021, giving me a very decent 9 months to make our way through the 18 bars. Healthier still than some supermarket bought cereal bars as they're all natural, good as a hunger suppressor and appetising.But, flavour wise, they are a little uninspiring, though the organic and 'free-from' status, makes it a nutritious little sweet treat.4 stars

I don't like to waste things but a third of the way through them I decided that these are one unpleasant chore that I can do without in my life, ditto the other flavour that I bought. Not all organic things are good.

I think this one is my favourite. Simple, whole, organic ingredients, no sunflower oil, sweet, chewy and satisfying but not too sweet. If only more food and snacks were like this.

These fruit and nuts bars will give a good run to any big brands in terms of taste and nutrition. They are quite small but packed with crushed nuts and real fruit pieces. Luxury snacks that is not overly sweet, definitely worth five stars for me.
