I ment to purchase 1 tray of 6 to eat during lockdown, however I ended up with double. Glad I did (the eat by dates are very long). Never had this product before as I have only been on this diet for a few months (changed my life). It tastes wonderfull, as good as my local chinese. My whole family eats it with me, its perfect for kids as its not a spicy flavour (sweet and sour shouldn't be) and the veg it in was chopped small, so they didn't go picking it out! I would recommend this product to anyone, on lowFODMAP or not.

I love this sauce because it hasn't got all the other ingredients in the other available sauces; which I can't have. I thought my curry days were over; but thanks to this product I can go on enjoying them. Yaay!NB. I PERSONALLY ADD A LEVEL TEASPOON OF CHILLI POWDER AND HALF A TEASPOON OF CUMIN POWDER TO THE SAUCE; - AND A TABLESPOON OF TOMATO PUREE; AND IT TASTES DELICIOUS!Obviously you can add your own spices that you're able to take yourself to enhance the flavour to your own particular taste! Tip! Tastes even better if cooked one day & eaten next day!

I suffer with bloating and trapped wind but these cooking sauces make fodmap dinner options taste just as good as any alternative with all the benefits of being happy on the tummy

Actual product very tasty.This is second time though that half product damaged jar seal so have had to bin...haven't wanted to return as want to use non broken ones and can't see a way of doing this. Very disappointing. Although not packaged well no damage on outer packaging so assuming they damaged before Bolo packaging. Will not buy from Bolo again.

Unfortunately on receipt one jar was open and upside down. Messy. This has happened on a previous order. I will use the other 5 but I have paid for 6 not 5. A bit messy to return.
