I am often forget to eat, which is bad, my doctor recommended I try one of the protein bars on the market. He told me to look for low sugar and low to average carbs. I started comparing protien bars on these features alone. This was the top of the list and I have to say it does taste good, a little sweet and not too dry. I have only tries this flavor, but I noted not all of the flavors have the same numbers so be sure and read those little tiny lables.

Of all of the protein bars I have tried Grenade are so far the best in flavour and texture. You know that you’re eating a protein bar, but the flavour and mouthfeel is pleasant.Of the lot, this flavour, imho, is the best.

Quality is off - looks like they've melted and reset. Appears to have affected taste too, stale taste but still within use by date. Sticky and messy to eat. Disappointed. Reported / tried to contact seller but no contact.
