Unfortunately it only worked for les than a month and the plug started to make a fizzing noise. Luckily it has a safety cut off on it or it gone have gone up in flames. It's a shame as it was very pretty and smelt amazing.NEW REVIEWSeller reached out to me and asked if they could solve the issue. I explained I had sent it back a was faulty and received a refund. They then sent me out a new oil burner free of charge for inconvenience caused. They were incredibly helpful , and have said any further problems I can contact them immediately. Excellent customer service and very fast response 👍. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

I absolutely love the Essential Oil Diffuser Aroma Ultrasonic Diffuser! It holds a decent amount of water and has a strong mist output, which is perfect for filling the room with fragrance. The fact that it’s made of glass gives it a more expensive feel than its price suggests. The lights work great and have different settings, which is a nice touch. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with a remote, but the buttons are easy to use. Overall, I would definitely recommend this diffuser—it’s a great buy!

The humidifier is awesome. It is well made and the glass dome is elegant. The led lighting is subtle and soothing and the operation is almost silent. Based on the excellent reviews, I had intended to order 2 or 3 of these for various rooms around the house. However, as a matter of caution I ordered 1 in order to satisfy myself regarding the quality.My suspicions were aroused when I unpacked it yesterday as there were no instructions or other paper work, just the humidifier in its box. However, I did managed to google the instructions. Unfortunately, the unit is faulty as it cuts out after a few minutes of use.I will return it and request a replacement in the hope that I will receive an operational replacement.If I do I will order 2 more and amend my review accordingly.UPDATE - 24 hours later:-Hello.First of all, thank you for your super quick response to my feedback.As you are aware, the humidifier arrived without instructions and as a consequence I obtained instructions via Google. It is important to stress that these instructions were NOT obtained via your website.I requested that the unit be returned via Bolo as it was cutting out early into its operation. Having packaged the unit ready for despatch I decided to wait 48 hours and ordered a second unit in the hope that it would arrive with comprehensive instructions, there be allowing me to rectify the problem with the 1st unit.The 2nd unit arrived yesterday and having read the instructions it immediately became apparent that the instructions available via Google were not accurate. In that, your supplied instructions are:- Press once to turn on continuous spray to auto off. Press again to set up 3hr, 2hr, 1h, 0.5hr. However, the online instructions were completely reversed:- Press once to set timer to 0.5hr, press 2-4 times to advance to 1hr,2hr, 3hr then off.As a consequence, having unpacked the initial unit, set it up, and pressed the timer 3 times in order to activate for 3hours. Consequently the unit turned off after 0.5 hours. I now know that the unit was NOT faulty but performing as per your instructions. Consequently, I will be keeping both the units.To conclude, I am absolutely delighted with the humidifier in every way. I will however, operate the units for a further week to ensure that all is well. I will then submit an appropriate review on Bolo which will reflect my delight with the quality, effect, operation together with your superb response to my dilemma.If all goes well I may order a third unit for my home. In addition, I now know in advance what I will be buying for my 2 daughters birthday gifts.

I love this diffuser; it’s so quiet and relaxing. I got it for my living room and think I will buy one for my bedroom as it sounds like a waterfall but more like raindrops. It's hard to explain, but it is so relaxing, and I love its different colours. I added Detol oil to mine, and my living room smells so clean 😊

Company Customer Care Was Good
The best way I can tell others that this company took care of my issue is by showing you the emails that took place between us. They asked me to share my experience on Bolo.My diffuser didn't stay on for long. I kept it because it is beautiful and goes so well with my decor. I decided to email them about the issue and they sent a new unit that works well. Also to note, the power plug on the new unit is now on the side, not on the bottom which is helpful. It was difficult to plug it in, on the bottom, when it was full of water.Follow the instructions to not overfill and not get water in air outlet channel(this information follows in the email thread). If it doesn't work properly, email the company. They had the new unit to me within a week. I have the grey swirled glass model.I ran the new unit and actually timed it, and it was on for 3 hours yesterday. Hopefully it continues to perform as advertised.Dec 4, 2022 10:38 AMHello, I bought one of your diffusers last May. It is beautiful, however it has NEVER stayed on for more than 45 minutes. The media could not be loaded. I replaced a diffuser that broke & beyond happy to find not just function but beauty. Not only does it quietly & effectively dispense the oil of my choosing throughout my home, but does it with style! Bravo! Worth every (s)cent.
Love it... this will save me a fortune
I should probably wait a few months before writing a review. But this is just wonderful. I usually make my own candels, and with the cost of wax and scented oils as high as they are it has become rather pricy. This eliminates the need for wax at all.. and uses a tiny fraction of the oils needed to make a candel,,yet provides the same effect. The fact that it lights up makes it all the better. Super quiet. Works well and is nice to look at.
