These capsules are amazing. I normally have a very sensitive digestive system and can have tummy upset with a lot of supplements, but this is a winner. I tried other magnesium salts in the past and they gave me diarrhoea so I couldn’t continue with them. I used to suffer from hormonal migraines and they took their toll on my life . I then decided to start this supplement as recommended by the migraine trust and it was the best decision I took. However, you need to be patient as these supplements take around 8-12 weeks to work. they reduced the frequency of my migraine attacks by about 80% after the initial 2-3months. I then added riboflavin (vitamin b2) 400mg daily to my regimen and my migraine completely disappeared. If you suffer from migraines and would like to try a drug free option first , this is really worth a try together with vitamin b2 . I don’t normally leave reviews but this was a life changer for me so I wanted to share my positive experience.

I love taking this Magnesium Glycinate at night. Gentle on my stomach and really helps me sleep. Also good if you suffer from anxiety or restlessness. I haven’t felt anxious in months since taking this.

I showed pictures to see that carefully that container has this plastic thing inside so take capsules carefully. Should be use something different then that. PleaseAs capsules are white too .

I struggled with sleeping for years, it takes me ages to fall asleep, or get back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. Very rarely I sleep through the night, but I've been taking these for just over 2 months, and now I fall sleep so much quicker. I can count with my hand how many times I've woken up in the middle of the night, I think they help me to have a deeper sleep somehow, I feel rested in the morning. I'll carry on taken this, highly recommended
