This is a great little machine itโs well made, it does make a little bit of noise but no more than expected, it has various set programs or just set the power and time for yourself.It does have a weight limit for the board so be mindful of that.It has some different exercise positions that you can use for various different effects. It does feel strange to start with but you get used to it. But also remember to check online for how long you can use it for as I think there is a max amount of time per day for health reasons.All in all Iโm glad I bought this one.

This is a great exercise plate to help with Circulation and Aching Body! It's similar to the power plate. It's great whilst watching TV and working different areas of the body i.e. your able to plank, squat, stand with dumb bells etc and also after a workout; this machine helps with massaging the body to reduce aches and pains. It's a good way to feel lighter and my Mum also brought this and she is 58; it makes her feel less lethargic and really is a great piece of equipment, easy to tuck away and helps to feel like you're giving back to your body. A friend of mine experienced toning and sculpting from regular use, too.

My husband & I have been using every day for 6+ weeks, be cautious itโs has given us both severe headaches, the vibration really wobbles your head quite badly, but if you bend your knees slightly it is not as gruelling, I initially purchased to help my husband who has chronic fibromyalgia, using on a regular basis it has vastly improved his leg pain, we have both lost around 10lb (we have been eating sensibly) We have both vastly toned up & lost inches everywhere which we are very impressed with, yes I would recommend purchasing but be careful do not go crazy initially build up slowly, any help or advise on the head wobble would be greatly appreciated

This is a well made, good looking machine that has a remote control (you'll need your own two AAA batteries) and a good little manual detailing the ten 15 minute preset programs - or you can do your own thing with the remote. It's also very quiet - but you do need to detach the two side ropes if you're not using them or they will rattle a bit - 'though you certainly don't need them. Definitely a five stars product.

Macchina veramente eccezionale , prima mi facevano male le articolazione dei piedi e delle gambe , adesso cammino speditamente e non sento piรน nessun dolore . Non sapevo che esistesse , ma ora la consiglio a tutte le persone che hanno anche una cattiva circolazione del sangue negli arti.Sono soddisfatto ottima anche come prezzo.
Pedana pratica e facile da usare.
Sto utilizzando la pedana, con costanza ogni giorno, da piรน di un mese per potenziare la massa muscolare.Anche se รจ passato poco tempo per vedere i risultati mi sento piรน tonico.Pratica e facile da usare.Sicuramente continuerรฒ ad utilizzarla.Il venditore รจ stato molto gentile e disponibile.
