Great mesh solution, works as expected and the connectivity is good - range is clearly much better than using the Wifi provided by your ISP. Wife didn't even mind the aesthetics - looks like a small speaker (or the big Bolo Echo Studio speaker, but white) or an air freshener. Easy to set up with the app, also easy to maintain and view connected devices, bandwidth etc.etc. on the app as well. It has Wi-Fi tri-band - so 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz - but unless you're sat on the device, 6hz is pointless - very very fast - but doesn't travel at all though anything. I don't think this is the products problem but a 6GHz one, but it should be mentioned. Also the 6GHz signal has it's own name "YOURWIFINAME_6Ghz" that you need to add to your devices if you want to use it.Mesh is seemless, you can't tell when you're going from one of the routers to the other. Yes, they're pricy - but so are all the competition so what can you do? I've had wifi extenders before - much cheaper and you can tell why, you have to have them on different WIFI names and your devices will stick to one or the other until it loses range, regardless of the quality of the connection, so I would avoid and stump up the cash for a mesh solution like this and never worry about it ever again.

The setup was super easy through the app, and the coverage is fantastic—no more dead zones in my backyard or garage. The Wi-Fi 6 speeds are fast and reliable, even with multiple devices connected. I love that it’s IP65-rated, so I don’t have to worry about rain or dust affecting it. Plus, it works seamlessly with Alexa for voice control. TP-Link Deco X50-Outdoor/Indoor Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 (AX3000)We purchased the Deco X50 primarily for indoor use near a window, and it has exceeded expectations. Setup was refreshingly simple. Within minutes, we had our home network running smoothly, with clear and reliable guidance from TP-Link’s app and documentation.Performance-wise, this unit delivers. The AX3000 dual-band Wi-Fi 6 helps provide blazing-fast speeds (coupled with a strong network signal), and streaming in 4K has been seamless across multiple devices. We especially appreciate that it integrates VPN coverage at the network level, so we don’t always need to configure VPNs individually on each device (though it’s still an option when needed). This feature alone adds a layer of convenience and peace of mind.The build quality and look is excellent- solid, modern, and clearly designed to last. While ours is used indoors, it’s reassuring to know that the unit is IP65-rated for dust and water resistance, so it can handle outdoor conditions if ever needed. Multiple mounting options (pole, wall, or table or shelf top) make it adaptable to different setups, and the included Power-over-Ethernet support simplifies placement by reducing cable clutter. In my opinion the best easy to setup device for wifi mesh networks, the setup is very intuitive and specific describing step be step everything, i usually does not like to setup wifi products trough an app i preffer web browser "old fashion" but mesh syatems rarely has this option. The Deco app is simply amazing. The system works flawleslly and for the price is unbeatable, i paid about hundred for one router and 2 satellites.The only cons at least for me is that the performance is not so powerfull as i expected wich is understandable at this price point.I have 400MB of download and other mesh devices and routers i testes reach this speed. The deco system goes about 250MB for the router and 150MB for the satelites, wich is not bad and this covers the majority of needs for a wifi network, streaming gaming etc. But i want more, latency was great and the performance overall, but is not for me, i want close to 400mb wich i reach with othwr devices i tested.Another plus is this system cames with a free access to control your network, what devices are connected, ban pause or control the wifi, even give high priority to certain devices on the network. Very professional and free, the majority of companies charge you to have acces to manage your network wich in my opnion is a scam.Very recommended product. Just if you have a really high speed, try another high end Deco, more expensive and Wifi 6 capable. If i get one i will post my impresions about it.

Came from an old Asus ac66u router. This new tplink covers our whole house and our garden. We got the 2 pack. Shipping ok to NZ. Not super fast but ok.For NZ customers and maybe AU as well, this is a slightly better version of the same model we get in NZ. Has a higher hardware version and has faster wifi speeds. So very happy. Just has the UK plug but adaptors fix that.
