We bought a Whirlpool corner Microwave ten+ years ago and loved it. However, it went to Microwave heaven recently so we were delighted to see they were still making corner models. We purchased this one a week ago.it arrived at the end of last week. We opened it, only to find that it was wired, and had a plug for Europe but certainly not the UK!! Why would this company send an electrical appliance to a UK address which can never be used there?! I am in the process of trying to contact this company to return this but I want them to pay for the return as there was nothing in the description to suggest it would arrive for a market other than the UK. Very disappointed.

Microwave arrived with a dent in the casing, all instructions were in a number of languages, but not English for some reason. It had paperwork for a 10 year parts warranty, but this was not eligible to the UK. So just a 12 month warranty in the UK...The Microwave itself works fine, but the other things need to be addressed. I have submitted a request for a partial refund because of the dent in the casing and I am now waiting a response from them.

It came with a fitted European plug. I will need to get an electrician to fit a 3pin uk plug before I can use. None of the instructions were in English. I have no idea how to register the microwave in order to obtain a guarantee as there were no details in English. All in all very unsatisfactory and disappointing. So unlike Bolo not to inform buyers beforehand when ordering.

PROOccupa poco spazio per la capienza che ha.Angolato dietro al frigorifero, diventa invisibile nella mia cucina.Design pulito.Diverse opzioni di cottura, con vari accessori forniti.CONTROLa interfaccia utente crea confusione:Troppi tasti, anche difficili da premere, con scritte troppo piccole.Mi sembra difficile anche capire se si sta facendo la scelta corretta o no perché escono dei tempi troppo brevi per le misure che dice.La cottura a microonde poi sembra concentrarsi nella parte bassa, non mi sembra uniforme, spesso i cibi sono caldissimi alla base e appena tiepidi sopra.Non proprio economico.Non so se lo consiglierei, certamente fa il suo lavoro ed occupa davvero poco spazio, ma ha i suoi difetti.I tasti flush (a filo - non sporgenti) anche se facili da pulire, non sono facili da leggere e premere.Ho qualche dubbio anche sui settaggi delle opzioni di cottura, ma forse sarà il manuale che non è abbastanza chiaro.
