Our old huge bottle of another hot sauce was nearly empty and I was about to order another when I chanced upon Franks Red Hot sauce and thought I would give it a whirl. I do like hot sauce, but not to the point where I finish up in casualty. It is absolutely delicious and pretty damn hot, but not outrageously so. Yummy.

The price was the same as that found in my local supermarket. I often buy Frank’s hot sauce as I find it is delicious and as a bonus it is also sugar free and has a list of ingredients that I can recognise.

There must be something addictive in this stuff it’s not the hottest but does have a little kick. I absolutely love it. It has a sharp taste from the vinegar and there is definitely a good amount of salt in it. The peppers bring the heat and there is a nice blend of garlic.
