This bread is beautiful ... Yes it's slightly expensive but it's definitely worth the money . It's so fresh and soft . It makes a beautiful sandwich ... I just wanted to keep eating it . Plus it has a whole month's date on it . I'll definitely be buying again

Not the healthiest option nor the cheapest but since I forgot to add bread to my online shopping list a few days ago, to be able to get a delivery of very fresh bread from Bolo is excellent. I am largely housebound so this really helped me out. There are three small loaves, medium cut.I have put two loaves in the freezer (despite having a ‘use by’ date of just under two weeks - 13 days - since there is only one of me) so hopefully it will toast well. Straight out of the bag, it tastes like any generic ‘plastic’ bread - very nice as a ham sandwich with mustard but nothing to write home about.I can recommend this bread for the freshness, for its next day delivery and for people like me who forgot to put bread on the weekly grocery shopping list! The penalty for my absentmindedness is I ended up paying over 3 times the cost for sliced white bread than it would have been on my online supermarket shop - at least I didnt have a minimum spend of £25 for its delivery though but this product looses a star for the price 😏

The packaging helps the bread last far longer than normal bread meaning once you buy these loaves which usually have a month ahead left, it wont go off, saving you money and yet tasting good! we've bought them for months now, and will carry on too!

Bread had an extremely long date on it, and it took quite a few days to arrive, and we eat it within the next week, and it still had another few weeks dated on it!I would say it tasted sweeter than other white bread, but the ingredients, as far as I could see is just the same as any other white bread!I kept the packaging and put a half cut lettuce in it to keep it fresh, and over a week later, the lettuce is looking like the day I bought it too!So it is indeed clever packaging! If I could buy some of the packaging for my open fridge fruit and vegetables items to keep them fresher for longer, then I would!
