For me they are a bit big to swallow so I pull the capsule apart and tip the contents in my mouth and swallow with a drink.

I have started to take these and I will update this after a few months as of now they seem to be ok with me as I am sleeping a lot better than I use to and feel much better in the morning now. Let me come back to you later with a full update.Update 19 Nov 2022There alright for me but everyone is different make up in body mind, but it may help me, and it may help you as for me it helps with my neuropathy I have in both feet and legs. From my own experience using this Magnesium Citrate helps with the cramps and pain I have in my legs. I would recommend you try these first see how you go everyone has there own opinion folks they work for me ok.

I thought these would help me sleep but it's the wrong type of magnesium for that. These help my bowels which is a good thing. I take one every night or two if needed

The dosage is one tablet twice per day or what suits best. I did this but gave me side effects. I tried one per day and that was better. I think they are helping now after taking for two months.
