There is a wet storage compartment so my stuff stays dry.The stitching quality is much higher than a smaller Lonsdale bag I got for a similar price, and the main strap can hold a lot of weight, though I’d say as a general rule you should replace the factory strap clip for a carabiner if you intend on carrying more than 40kg.Can’t fault it for the price - think I might even buy another to replace my current gym bag.

UPDATE: The sellers have since contacted me, apologising for the mistake and explaining that due to a service agreement with Bolo, they are unable to send out just the strap. However, they offered me a refund, which I found to be very fair, and I have accepted it.As for the bag itself, it’s excellent. The size is great, and the compartments make it easy to keep my toiletries separate. One of the biggest positives is that it’s long enough to fit my laptop keyboard, which is really useful since I carry my work laptop and peripherals with me. Despite that, there’s still plenty of room for my gym clothes. The shoe compartment is a good size—while I don’t expect to use it much since I wear my gym shoes to work, I currently use it for storing my used gym wear, which works well.Given the high-quality bag and the excellent customer service, I’m happy to update my rating to 5 stars. Thanks to the team for handling the situation professionally!Original review:The bag is actually a good size and everything else is fine. But ruined completely by not receiving the cross body strap, which is one of the main reasons I bought it, for the functionality of both hand strap and cross body.Please can you send out a cross body strap for me, or refund a part of my order since it’s missing.

It looks good from outside, the quality of materials, zips, They are great, but it's annoying to see front pocket has broken, I have had for 6 weeks since I've got it, and i don't use it every day, I'm kind worried about the shoes bag broken next.

I’ve used this bag for a couple of years now just carrying exercise bits (shorts, t-shirt, towel, deodorant drink etc). Nothing very heavy but the shoulder strap broke on the good metal connectors. I’ve fixed it with cable ties but it looks awful now. Also the waterproof pocket inside is all coming away from the seams and tearing loose. It’s a good size, lightweight bag but unfortunately has some longevity issues.
