I ordered this to boost my immunity in these worrying times. Apparently it is designed by pharmacists and has lots of immunity boosting ingredients at really high strength. I have been taking this for about a week now and must admit I feel energised already - maybe the professional look of the product and it’s credentials is providing reassurance.

This SynBio Premium+ Defence comes in a standard round container but doesn't have a child proof lid so keep them out of reach. The tablets are quite large but I didn't find them difficult to swallow. They smell a bit yeasty but don't taste of much. Each tablet is packed with a long list of 24 Immunutrients to boost your immune system. When I started taking these I had been dogged by a cold for almost 3 weeks which I just couldn't shake off. Within a couple of days the cold and sore throat were gone which may be coincidence or maybe I was just lacking that boost which my immune system needed. There are 60 tablets in the pack and the recommended adult dose is one tablet daily so this pack should last a couple of months. That makes this supplement good value as far as I'm concerned, packed with goodness and vitamins, if it keeps the colds and flu (and hopefully Covid) at bay it's worth it.

Very easy to take tablets, you need one a day and they have no flavour or aftertaste.We have definitely noticed a difference in how quickly we can shift coughs and colds, or even get them in the first place, when taking these tablets. Some tablets with zinc in make me feel sick if I don't take them with food but these ones didn't have that effect, so that was particularly good for me.I'd definitely recommend this brand and these tablets, they're easy to swallow and have a noticeable effect after a week or two. Very good quality.

Comes in a 60 portion capsule, to take one daily. The tablets have are easy to swallow and do have a strange smell but as long as it works it doesn't matter. Its hard to tell if it works but i will give it a go.

These are good. Taste OK. Think they work well. First lengthy review was declined so I'm afraid this is much shorter. I like this brand. Have used other things from them. I'm satisfied the value is good as per the price point. Would purchase them myself.
