IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, I BEG YOU, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!If I was able to give zero stars, I would!I bought this for my small miniature poodle and it JUST fitted in his mouth, so I know the bigger size would have been way to large for him.I started brushing one side of his back teeth (the left side I believe) and, as expected/designed, he bit down while I gently twirled to around. Within about a minute the top part broke off and fell into the back of his mouth!! Luckily, I have a well behaved dog who's very used to me putting my hands in his mouth, so I was very quicky able to pull his head down and use my fingers to flick it out the back of his mouth. If I had a slightly less cooperative dog this could have been a truly devastating experience. It genuinely doesn't bare thinking about.PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS... IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!

I noticed a few weeks back that while I clean my dogs teeth regularly, her lower back teeth weren't getting a very good clean. They sit inside the upper teeth and because she hates it, she tends to grit her teeth. I managed to give them a good clean with an electric tooth brush but that's not an ordeal I want to put her (or me) through every week.I was sceptical of this brush because it looks so freaky but I thought it was worth a try, and I'm glad I did. It cleans the top and bottom teeth, inside and out. I basically loaded it with dog toothpaste, put it between her teeth, allowed her to bite down and twizzled it in place, then moved it forward, did the same, repeat on the other side. It was remarkably effective. I did still use a regular small tooth brush on her canines and incisors, but they're relatively easy to access and clean.

It's a good idea but the toothbrush is just too chunky for my jack Russell's mouth even though its for "small dogs & puppies". I only used it once then reverted to the plain dog toothbrush.

Well thought out design. My dog (didn’t allow brushing of any sort in his younger days)tolerates it well and helps to brush both sides of his teeth properly. Lasts several months as well. Teeth seems clean and no bad smell in his mouth with regular brushing. Going to stick with this brush for the long term.

Do not buy this - the top of the brush broke in my dogs mouth within 30 seconds of first use - he could have choked - very dangerous

Ive just got a pug puppy and as usual bites, nips, and i thought why not try him with this tooth brush there is no rubber bit so he carnt chew them off like his last puppy tooth brush i bought and it much easier to brush his teeth ands a big game to him .
