These triple workout posters are great. Wanted to have a ‘physical’ poster that was visible all the time ( instead of using my phone !) which meant I would do more exercises because I was ‘seeing’ it, even if only doing a few at a time ..👍🙂

Just What I Needed
I have a small home work out area and these posters are perfect for keeping me on track.
Easy to see and understand
I liked this set. They are large enough to see and understand what the diagram is trying to show. I hung them on my wall with painter's tape and they haven't cracked or dulled in over a year. It did take a few days for them to uncurl - I curled them the other way and held them with elastics to speed this process up - but once they did, it hasn't been an issue. Very nice quick-reference guide to a number of different poses and stretches.
