Works great but the instructions are really confusing and lacking. Took me ages and lost the little screw as I had no idea it was even there till it was too late. But it does do the job once up!

Extremely disappointed in this fan. The only good thing about it was that it arrived on time. It is extremely difficult to put together.The base is relatively straight forward with 4 screws as long as you remember to undo the upright locking nut first so that you can put on the cover that hides the screws, but assembling the fan, the blades and the fan guard are tricky.The back fan guard needs to be positioned carefully so that the hole containing a tiny nut and bolt is at the bottom - if not then the logo on the front fan guard will not be upright.I discovered that the plastic knob which is supposed to lock the fan blades onto the motor had a stripped thread - I bodged that with some Sellotape to make the knob stay on.Putting on the front fan guard means careful alignment with a tiny hole for the tiny nut and bolt and getting it under the top guide, then you lock in the four clips.Plugged in it works fine but because the knob that allows you to start and stop side to side oscillation was broken in the box (see picture) I can only use it in the oscillating mode.I would not recommend this fan and may send it back if I can't fix the knob.

The fan does a great job. Itโs powerful, a nice look, and easy to put together. Itโs a little noisy, but just white noise, which perfectly puts me to sleep. However, the design is a tad flimsy. One of the legs didnโt slot in properly which is obviously a manufacturing mistake, but it can be jammed in with a bit of force. Although, whenever you pick up the fan thereโs a chance that it falls back out. It does the job for the summer, and works well all around.
