Wow. Wow!I have a lot of very thick, coarse hair and more often than not, my previous shampoos tend to mat the hair in the wash process and then detangle in the conditioner stage.This product - OUAI washes hair making it immediately soft. Paired with the conditioner and BOOM! You have amazing looking, feeling and smelling hair. The fragrance is divine.Another thing to note is that since using this product, my hair seems to not need to be washed as often and I can push back wash days by at least another day - which is helpful as this is a very expensive but amazing product.

Bought these to go on holiday but they got stuck on customs so I couldn’t use them.When they eventually arrived about 3/4 weeks later they are ok to wear in the house but not ot go out in .

Made my hair dry and now it gets oily the next day. Now I have to use it all because I cannot return a used one and it's super expensive. Doesn't smell anything.

Saved my hair.
This is the best shampoo for fine hair that gets oily fast. I find that many shampoos I use are too heavy and create a film of excess product on my hair but this shampoo is not the case. I double cleanse and it still lasts me a very long time so this is definitely worth the cost. Also, for those who are sensitive to fragrances, this scent does not bother me!

Hair perfection. The softest most manageable hair plus your hair will stay cleaner, longer. The scent is not heavily perfumed but it does have a clean smell. If you have been wondering if you should try Ouai shampoo you absolutely should.
