For anyone not familiar, I’d say these are the top tier of protein bars, for the high protein and low sugar and taste these to me are the best on market hands down. Texture as with most grenade bars is a nougat-like one, like a slightly chewy Milky Way bar? Anyway, if not sure, just give them a go you won’t be disappointed.

These are one of my favourite low carb bars. Extremely filling, I usually only eat half a bar at a time and it's sufficient.The only gripe for me is the price. In ONE week they went from £18 to £25, a ridiculous rise! I won't be buying again until the price comes back down - the other taste variations aren't as expensive as these. Is there a run on salted caramel or something?

The chocolate chips and salted caramel flavor were decent, but not as strong as I had hoped.On the plus side, the bar does contain a good amount of protein and is low in carbs. It's a good option for anyone looking for a quick and convenient snack or post-workout boost.Overall, I would say that the Grenade High Protein and Low Carb Bar is an average protein bar. It's not my favorite in terms of taste and texture, but it gets the job done when it comes to protein and carb intake. I may try other flavors in the future, but for now, I'm not sure if I would purchase this flavor again.
