I have recommended these to anybody who tells me that are sleeping badly.I bought these for my boyfriend but decided to give them a try one night, I woke up feeling amazing, I was so refreshed and had genuinely had an amazing sleep! We are now sharing them and will buy again once we run out.

Don't seem to do anything. This is a good vitamin brand but nothing happens when I tried these.All that's working for my lifelong sleep problems is "winding down" with a piece of music and some hot tea (sleep tea or Rooibos) and some wholemeal bread before bed (I get hungry at night) plus using ear plugs and an eye mask.Even then I'm still an insomniac some nights!

They appear quite large but being a capsule they're easy to swallow. I sometimes have periods of not being able to switch off and chemical based tablets are expensive and make you feel groggy the next day. These help bring you back into a routine without any side effects.
