Effer-Ves Cleaning Tablets clean your dental appliance and avoid brace / retainer discoloration and bad breath. Use daily to maintain a professional looking clean between regular dental visits. Suitable for cleaning and maintaining : Wire Retainers, Clear Aligners, Mouthguards, Nightguards, Bruxism Appliances. Each box contains 36 tablets (over 1 months supply) Sonic Cleaner It's simple to use; place your appliance inside with the solution, close the lid and press the on/off button. If you follow the instructions given on the Effer-Ves box; add one tablet to enough warm water to cover your appliance. Be careful not to overfill the bath as you don't want the solution to spill when the unit is switched on. After 15-20 minutes the blue solution will clear and your appliance will be cleaned. The perfect solution for low maintenance care; you can drop your ortho appliance in the Sonic Cleaner while you take a shower, cleaned and ready to pop back in for when you're finished. This product vibrates, it isn't a sonic cleaner.I use a tablet in with mine, so no idea if it is actually helping at all - I'd say if you want one, invest a bit more in an actual sonic cleaner.
