I used to drink soda or sugary iced teas with just about every meal for decades. Just giving up the sodas and iced teas led me to lose my belly fat and 13 lbs over the course of the year. Would have lost more weight if I hadn't also taken up strength training building up muscle.Truvia has made it easy for me to enjoy my coffee or tea without adding any sugar. No aftertaste and really tastes a lot like sugar. What's the best thing about it is that it is ZERO calories!!!!Also love the packaging that once you open it, it is resealable. Also love that the best buy date is about 16 months from receiving it. Though it's obviously a lot pricier per ounce than regular sugar, Truva goes a long way, so in the end it will meet my sweetening needs for a long time. So if you are looking to lose weight or just want to be healthier, Truvia makes makes a great companion.

The taste and use are good & it's a deal but the packaging is poor: it wont zip closed bcs the product is hygroscopic, interfering with the zip function; Secondly, a word to the sensitive digester: the erythritol in Truvia may kick your fartbox into overdrive on the nuclear fission level so no elevators
