If required to heat, stand the bottle in warm water. 3 Shake bottle well and remove cap and aluminium foil. Unwrap SMA® NUK orthodontic pre-sterilised teat and holding the teat ring, screw directly onto the bottle. 4 If warmed, test temperature by shaking a few drops of milk onto the inside of your wrist - milk should be lukewarm.

My husband and I really love these. We use them at night so we don’t have to leave the bedroom or wait for a bottle warmer / maker, and whenever we are leaving the house for a few hours or full on travelling. Requires no prep, as long as your baby doesn’t mind milk at room temperature.We have a 4 month old boy who is quite hungry so we sometimes end up having to open another one to complete his feed, which is fine when we have access to a fridge, but can mean some waste if we don’t.Only downside is the amount of recycling waste it generates. Which is why during the day we tend to use the powder version or the larger cartons.All and all super happy with it.

I keep one of these on my bedside with a sterilised bottle and when baby wakes up I just open and serve! Has saved me the faff of frantic trips to the kitchen at 4am! I then leave the remainder in the fridge and use up the rest later.Storage is use within an hour if keeping outside the fridge, or within 24 hours if keeping in fridge
