Fabulous and a genuine KitchenAid part! Came in the KitchenAid packaging. Very happy with this purchase as much cheaper to buy here!!DO NOT put in the dishwasher!! I didn’t realise, hence why I’m having to replace my old one.

Initially I was sent an item that looked the same but was of inferior quality.I raised this with the seller who identified that I’d been sent the wrong part ( for a different but very similar mixer )The correct item was quickly sent and I’m more than happy with it and this seller. Great service and communication

The entire colour of the whisk metal was discoloured, dark grey, not shiny new. The base area had some bad scratches too. It looks 2nd hand, already used. It came in a Kitchenaid box, which was slightly scuffed too, but I don’t mind that. I’d like to exchange but need it today. Next time I will go to Kitchenaid themselves. Not happy.
