    The bottle is flat, the lid covers the top; I wish it was a flip top because i get a number of tablets out when tipping them out. I find the tablets easy to Swallow. There are 365 tablets in a bottle and the best before date is in 20 months time.

    I have been taking these for a year and my blood test results indicate that they are working as my B vitamin levels are good. You get 365 tablets, take one a day makes these great value the only thing I would change is the container.

    Having felt a bit tired recently I thought I’d better try to do something about it. Having read up about vitamin b12 and how it works I found these they are good value and I would say they are as good as the more expensive ones.

    The coating, which is rough, and size of this tablet makes swallowing difficult so that I have to eat solid food afterwards.I am now looking to buy alternative even though I have almost whole packet left. Would not recommend
