Very nice crystalline ginger, not preformed but irregular as it should be, a good strong flavour not too hot, big bag well worth its money, if you are a fan of ginger you won't regret getting this, it is very moreish.

I’ve Had a few different crystallised gingers, this is by far the best, there’s been no stringy, rooty pieces, there’s a lovely kick to it too, it’s very tasty & moreish.I will definitely buy it again. 5 🌟
