The items come vacuum packed but after unpacking the cloths are disappointing.Do not believe be fooled by the images on this listing.The cloths are very thin and nothing like the thickness of the pictured items,they are not particularly soft. Will not be using on my car paintwork as was the intended use.Poor quality poor value.
Thin but works ok
Came vacuum sealed, quite well compressed. Make sure to let them puff up a bit after opening the bag. Suggest washing in cool water on gentle cycle and machine air dry (no or little heat).They’re ok. Very very thin, can see light right through them if you hold them up. Only ONE SIDE has the microfiber, other side is just flat.That being said, they honestly pick up water pretty ok after being washed once. They do a good enough job at cleaning around the house and for non-paint cleaning on a car. Not sure I’d fully trust them not to scratch paint at all without a lot of lubricating soap.Overall, not a terrible purchase for the price.
Excellent cleaning rags
The rags wring out easily. They can be rung out almost dry. I use the grey Color ones to wash the floor. I don’t rinse in between, I just grab another clean rag. After washing I rinse them all and throw them into the washer. A damp rag is excellent for picking up pet fur. At first they seemed a little thin but the thickness isn’t an issue. And the size is just perfect. I just put them on my Velcro mop and away I go. The different colors help coordinate the job. Grey, (soapy), Green (rinse), blue (dry). I’m very happy with this purchase.
Fairly absorbent but not heavy duty
I have mixed feelings about this product. Firs of all - I fully expected to receive a large package when I ordered 50 units of rags. But they were shrink wrapped and only a few inches tall. When I opened them they did not expand. It turns out that the microfiber rags are really just that thin! You can almost see through them - as if they are actually pieces of paper that have been shredded and reformatted together as a microfiber rag. But - here's my surprise. They are surprisingly absorbent. They don't hold a lot initially - like some of my rags do. But you can wring them out and go over a spot again and they will absorb a second time. Some of my rags will not absorb a second time. Once they are wet - they are done. But not these rags. So you need to determine your usage and if these rags will suit you. Now one last thing. These are so thin - I really don't expect them to have a long life. Some of the things I use them for are quite aggressive (like cleaning in corners with a squeegee) and I don't expect them to be able to the heavy duty use of that. I tried to use them for that and they just balled up and I had to revert to one of my older rags that I had hoped to throw out.
