Directions of Use
You must carry out a patch/skin test: please refer to packaging for full instructions.
Wear suitable gloves.
Cannot use on persons under 16 years old.
Cannot be used to colour eyelashes and eyebrows.
Mix ratio: 1:1
Development time: 30-40 minutes
Application: Part the hair into sections. Apply the colour using a brush or applicator, starting at the roots and working to the tips. Leave to develop as required. Rinse the hair with water until the water runs clear and shampoo

I have been using this for a while and never had an issue until now, i ordered this product and upon 2nd use (3 weeks after opening and it being stored correctly) the product came out covered in mould, i had already put peroxide and toner into the bowl and had to dump it all as it was pure blue, the more i squeeze the tube it is starting to appear white again but still has some blue streaks! Bolo have refunded the money but i am curious as to why this would have happened a fresh product! But cannot seem to find a way to contact the seller directly!
