I was addicted to the stuff. Once you've had it, you realise how poor the UK supermarket options are.This is the closest I've found to the real thing. I oozes from the foil pack in this silky, fatty, elixir. Once you add it to the simmering water you get this flavorful broth which coats the inside of your mouth, just like it should. Like another reviewer said, you can push the liquid amount to 350ml and not loose any flavour, easily. Add some fresh chili, some spring onions, and anything you like while simmering and you can craft your own flavour profile. It's truly amazing stuff and worth the money. The quality is bang on.

Absolutely love these soup bases. A step up from the powder bases as they bring fat and oil into the mix giving a more cloudy broth. The flavour is nice, I always add some sort of chilli sauce to add variation as I eat two or three of these a week. These are up there with the Ichiran Tonkotsu base but easier on the wallet.

Ordered after reading reviews and was a bit sceptical, but I am really impressed. Did with 300ml water and taste was really good. If anyone is considering I would highly recommend

The delivery was late. The product was not in the original packaging, they were in a plastic bag. No sell by date or product details.

Very flavourful, it says mix each sachet with 270ml of water, but I've found I can push it to abot 350ml and still get the silky texture and the flavour is still very strong. While at first I thought it was a bit pricey it seems compared to a lot of other bone broth products it's quite cheap - at about £1.20 a sachet you can make a litre of soup for about £3.60 - £4.80 depending on how strong you want it. Just wish I could get the other flavours too!
