I ordered these as my friend had the big kids and I was eager to get some and share with the family. I love sour patch kids and this bag is great value for money. But, unfortunately, this isn't what I ordered.

I admit that I have a sour candy problem.
My name is Wendy and I’m a sour candy addict. Lately I have been on a Sour Patch Kids kick. For a few months I’ve had them in the car, on my desk, just “around”, you know, in case I need my fix. I do like the Big Kids version very much. If you are hard core, you know the affliction of “too much sour candy tongue”. The Big Kids are a little gentler, maybe more chewy and less sandpaper-y feel? Just as sour, a bit sweet at the end, delicious little treats. On to my next…well maybe not yet.

I use these sweet/sour juicy chew candies to relieve dry mouth. This was the first time I bought the large family size package. I was surprised to find the individual candy pieces are larger than those in smaller packages. The smaller candy pieces seem to provide better dry mouth relief than the larger ones in this size package. Otherwise the candy is flavorful and chewy.
