Seems to be a bit more runny than other brands but when you blitz it with garlic and lemon juice to make dressing it becomes very thick and you need to add quite a bit of water. So I would recommend using less than you would with other brands. The final texture, however, is lovely and smooth and creamy. I love to warm up pitta bread, put air-fried falafels inside with a crispy mixed salad on top of them, then pour the sauce over. Delicious and healthy.

I bought this as I needed it for a protein bar recipe which I saw on the net. I thought this was really good value for the price. Used to mix with cacao powder for the chocolate topping. I have to be conscious of my carb intake, and this Tahini paste fits the bill. It is organic which nowadays is a good buying point, as it has just the taste. Licked the spoon which was not a good idea, as the paste is very concentrated, and I guess this is why there is so much flavour.There is a recipe on the jar for making a dip, which is my next project. Overall I am very happy that I chose this particular product.

This beats anything I've bought in the shop. Its quit runny (compared to the uber thick ones you can get in supermarkets) but still has a good thickness to it - if that makes sense - great for sauces. Very tasty.

I've been buying this for over a year now and I use this every day in my meals. Delivered in nice packaging, the taste and quality are far better than supermarket brands, in my opinion. I especially like that it's organic.

I was looking for a brand of organic tahini which was in glass jars not plastic containers as we seek to reduce considerably the amount of plastic we use. We go through more than a kilo of tahini each month. The quality and taste of this tahini cannot be faulted. On those grounds I recommend this. However, it is frustrating that while it comes in glass jars and plain cardboard boxes they then wrap the whole of each jar in a non-recyclable plastic sleeve. There is no need to do this and it somewhat undermines the choice to buy tahini in glass jars if they come wrapped in non-recyclable plastic.

Ce tahini est à la fois bon, bio et éthique. Ils utilisent un sésame cultivé en Ethiopie, une aide économique bienvenue dans ce pas qui en a bien besoin. Le tahini est lui fabriqué en Israël dans une entreprise qui met un point d'honneur à employer aussi bien des Israéliens que des Palestiniens.Œuvrer pour la paix par le travail en commun. C'est aussi un très bon tahini délicieux dans du houmous maison.

Good stuff. Need to give it a solid stir sometimes to integrate the liquid but that's natural. My neighbor claimed she found the best commercial tahini available so we had a throw-down and this one won! I use it primarily to make hummus and have purchased twice.

Super happy with this tahini! Great tasting and not dry AT ALL. I hate when tahini dries up at the bottom of the jar. This tahini easy to scoop out and mix for a salad dressing. Love that it is a 2 pack as well.
