I tried this product and whilst I did not dislike it I have tried another brand which I liked more. On the plus side this is KSM-66 arguably a better standardised extract of ashwaganda! Great adaptogen meaning it helps you adapt to the ill effects of stress! No real taste per se.

I had high hopes for the Bulk Ashwagandha KSM-66 Capsules, but honestly, I didn’t really feel much of a difference after taking them consistently. I know ashwagandha works differently for everyone, so maybe it just didn’t have a noticeable effect on me. The capsules are easy to take, and the quality seems good, but I was expecting more in terms of stress relief or improved sleep. Might work better for others, but for me, it was just okay

Ich habe nichts Schlechtes über das Produkt zu sagen. Dies ist Ashwaganda von guter Qualität und es funktioniert wie erwartet, wie die anderen Produkte dieses Lieferanten, die ich ausprobiert habe. Die Wirkung ist bei mir deutlich spürbar... sie beruhigt mich definitiv. Ich weiß, dass Ashwagandha nicht für jeden geeignet ist, aber wenn Sie wissen, dass es bei Ihnen funktioniert, oder wenn Sie es zum ersten Mal aus einer guten Quelle ausprobieren möchten, würde ich Ihnen dies empfehlen.
Typische Bulk Qualität
Qualitativ sehr hochwertig, nicht anders von Bulk gewohnt. Leider nur 4 Sterne, weil trotz Prime das Lieferdatum nicht eingehalten wurde. Der Kundenservice von Bolo war aber nett und gab mir eine Entschädigung.
