Very good. It’s a lot easier than separating egg yolks for making a slightly lighter omelette.It blends nicely with a scoop of low carb protein powder- add 2 full eggs and cook into a tasty pancake (cookies n cream protein works- add a dash of sugar free maple syrup 😋)

However this is my second order, I use this to make PSMF Bread which has only 2 ingredients, egg white and this egg white protein powder and this powder suits my requirements. My 4 star for packaging is simply I would prefer product in paper instead of plastic.
