Only been taking fo a few days so review is limited. They seem ok, if a bit on the large side. I made a whole spreadsheet of all the different Vegan Multivits, their contents and vitamin amounts and these came in 2nd place! (1st place was Wellwoman, but they are far more expensive)These are much better budget-wise and still have a good amount of each Vitamin.

Great vits and mins. Easy to swallow and don't smell too bad.

Bought these for myself (breastfeeding vegan Mom and took throughout pregnancy too. Was ill postpartum so took 2 a day for a while).Size is OK but the smell and taste isn't so good but I just put my big girl pants on and get on with it.However they are a really good quality with a tonne of vitamins in at a great price too compared to so many other vegan vitamins i have tried over the years so I just eat something afterwards to make sure it doesn't get stuck in my throat which your probably meant to so anyway but as a busy parent to 4 mini vegans I tend to take them in the morning with coffee.

Too early to give an honest review as I’ve only had them a couple of weeks. However, I can say, that they are not as big as some reviews have said, I was honestly expecting the tablet to be of the size of a suppository according to some reviews. I often have difficulty swallowing tablets/pills but these have been no problem at all!

I can honestly say that these vitamins have made such a difference to my life. I feel so great. I sleep better and wake up earlier feeling rested and refreshed. They do have a slight bitter taste but I don’t care as I haven’t felt this way in a few years. One a day has truly changed my life. I waited a couple months to truly see if it would work and it really has. Highly recommend

Pretty much the ideal vitamin tablet, vegan or not. Great value for money, getting 6 months supply in one go for less than 20 quid. Taste leaves something to be desired but if you're buying vitamins to taste good I don't think you're doing it right. It doesn't matter at all. Would recommend this and any other Vegan Vitality products! I get the omega 3 aswell.
Finally a vitamin that is made for plant eaters!

It’s stressful to try and figure out everything I need to be taking to make up for the nutrition I’m lacking, and it gets to be a lot of pills I need to take…This solves all that in one pill! I looked over all the ingredients and this covers all the bases… except omega 3s, but I have gummies for that.These smell fine and are easy to swallow. Haven’t noticed much difference in energy levels, but am happy to continue ordering these for convenience.
