The media could not be loaded. Bought this in a bit of a panic due to the impending red heat warning! Probably could've got one cheaper elsewhere but I'm very happy with it. Ordered it last night it was delivered just now, out the box, fitted the base, jobs a good un!It's not mega loud, I like a bit of background noise to sleep anyway so it won't phase me. It works perfectly on all settings and I think it will keep us from boiling alive over the next couple of days. Bonus!

This was cheap. And it shows, sadly. On 3 (highest setting) it's overly noisy. Does not produce a very good flow of air unless you are with in 2-3 feet. Setting 1 is pointless. More annoying is the 1mtr mains cable. 3 ft just isn't enough unless you wants to put it next to the socket. Give it a miss and spend a bit extra is my advice.

The base had to be assembled and fitted to the tower, the 2 halves were as light as a paper plate and of course didn’t align together neatly. Any pressure on one of those halves is likely to result in one half snapping rendering the base useless.The cable is barely longer than 1 metre.It functions, but is quite noisy and has quite a weak breeze. It does oscillate, but because the base is not completely stable, tends to wobble/ vibrate slightly. As it is so light and flimsy, it would take much to knock it over.

This fan is impressively quiet even on the maximum setting, and takes very little floor-space. We have it next to the TV in our (south-facing) lounge

We received our Signature tower fan at the tail end of a UK heat wave with temperatures pushing toward a blistering 40 degrees. The fan was advertised as having a one hour timer and there was mention of a remote control. The fan that arrived actually had a 2 hour timer - which is handy, and no remote control - which is a bit of shame. But considering the price of £26.99 we weren't surprised a remote wasn't included and it doesn't hugely hamper the use or enjoyment of the fan.The fan comes boxed with a plastic base provided in two pieces that need attaching together at the base of the tower, which is a fairly simple task. The build quality is good enough for the cost and the fan is quiet during operation. Whilst not whisper quiet the fan motor and oscillating function don't create any loud noises and sleeping with the fan running hasn't been a problem.We think the fan provides a decent amount of air movement considering its small size (similar to a standard 12" fan) and it looks good stood in the corner of the room. We're happy with it and would consider buying another.
