Bought this a gift for my nephew. He absolutely loved it, was building it straight away. Needed a bit of help from his dad. Just make sure you have 2 x AAA batteries - hadn't realised you need batteries, luckily I have a supply.

The media could not be loaded. AMAZING! I honestly wasn't sure if this will work given all the negative reviews but bought it anyway and oh my, how fun is this!! It was pretty easy to assemble. Any instructions we weren't sure of we just looked at the actual picture on the box and that solved it for us. Very, very Good buy. I will surely buy more toys like this from Science Museum!

Quite easy to put together, and a cute looking thing, just a shame it doesn’t work, so was just a complete waste of money. I’m now wondering if the other kits I’ve bought work.

I bought this for my 7 year old as he loves frogs and building things. However, it was so hard to make, he struggled to understand what to do and left it for Mummy to make. I have just finished and there is no way on earth he would have had the hand strength to even closely tighten the screws, as I struggled to make it how I would generously call shoddy. It says 8+, and the finished product would be good for this age range to play with, however I feel like I have over paid for this, as he got no enjoyment from the actual build, which is essentially an USP for this.

This was easy to put together, though please note you need a very small crosshead screwdriver for the battery compartment. It jumps quite slowly and only moves a tiny distance with each jump. However, I like that because it makes it easier to control and the kids can watch it make lots of jumps before it reaches an obstacle or gets close to the edge of the table.

Enttäuschende Performance!!
Das Clementoni Galileo-Robotics Saug-Roboter-Set hat unsere Erwartungen leider weit verfehlt. Trotz der vielversprechenden Beschreibung erwies sich das Produkt als äußerst enttäuschend. Der Roboter ist nicht funktional und bewegt sich überhaupt nicht, was einen erheblichen Mangel an Praktikabilität darstellt. Es ist frustrierend, dass ein Produkt, das als Einstieg in die Elektronik und High-Tech für Schulkinder beworben wird, in der Realität so wenig bietet. Die enttäuschende Leistung macht dieses Spielzeug für Kinder ab 8 Jahren zu einer wenig sinnvollen Investition.Ein besonders ärgerlicher Nachteil ist die Tatsache, dass der Saug-Roboter nicht nur funktionsunfähig ist, sondern auch keinerlei Bewegung aufweist. Dies widerspricht nicht nur den Erwartungen, sondern macht das Produkt auch gänzlich unbrauchbar für spielerische und lehrreiche Anwendungen. Eltern und Kinder werden gleichermaßen enttäuscht sein über die mangelnde Qualität und Effektivität dieses Robotik-Sets.
Tolles Geschenk, Hilfe erforderlich
Mein Sohn hätte es nicht alleine aufbauen können mit 8 Jahre. Man braucht definitiv eine Hilfe von Erwachsenen. Saugt wirklich kleine Teile auf, hat allerdings nicht lange gehalten.

Das Kind sollte Kraft und Feingefühl zu gleich haben wie ein Erwachsener. Beim zusammenbauen an den wichtigsten Stellen braucht man viel Kraft mit Feingefühl! Das Vorbereiten bekommt man schon ohne Hilfe hin. Das Material ist für die ca. 10€ ok , sollte man auf bestimmte Farben Wert legen Pech , auf der Verpackung orange in der Verpackung gelb im Produktvideo glaub ich sogar grün . Man sollte keinen in der Nähe haben mit empfindlichen Ohren , mega laut und meine Ohren sind nicht die besten! Wenn man es geschafft hat ist die Saugleistung aber für die Größe und Preis ok , Krümmel vom Tisch schafft es durchaus, es läuft allerdings im unkontrollierten Kreis. Bei uns ging es zurück, passte nicht zu uns.
