I had taken delivery of a more expensive machine and it was faulty on receipt. Bolo did refund me and it was returned. So, I ordered this Evoland vibration machine and it was a really good choice, wish I'd bought this in the first place. It was slightly reduced in price. It comes with two hand exercise attachment bands, a remote control. The instructions are a little difficult to understand on the "parameter" set up but its easy to just use manual + and - on the remote and the 10 programs are really good. The base unit vibrates very well and is very therapeutic. The only minor gripe is the top surface has lots of notches like reflexology spots and its a bit rough on the feet, but this can be solved with a sports sock or wearing trainers. It is a little narrower than the other unit I had. But if you want a basic toning and circulation improver, after only one week, I have noticed the difference. I suffer from occasional restless leg syndrome in the evenings, I get on this machine and after ten mins my right leg is back to normal. Also, it is toning my other leg muscles. My husband has very arthritic knees and he has been sitting using it whilst he is on the sofa, resting his legs while it vibrates and he was very pleased with the pain relief he got from it. I highly recommend it so far, I hope it carries on working for a long time!

I bought the product to replace regular swimming when my pool closed down. I hate sports and exercise in general and swimming was the least bad option for me to keep fit, now this isn't possible I decided to try a vibration plate as an alternative on the grounds that it doesn't require too much time and can be used prior to my morning shower routine. This model gets quite good reviews and isn't expensive (a worry in case I don't take to it).Firstly my gripes - the instruction book is very poorly written (the cross legged woman shown sitting on the machine must be the size of a two year old!) and it's not particularly user friendly so I'll look at YouTube videos instead, secondly the power cable is very short (I'll probably need an extension cable to use it where I want it) and plugging it into the machine I was disappointed to see the plastic casing move (I'd have hoped for more rigidity), thirdly it would have been a better design if the power cable plugged into the side or rear of the machine rather than the front so that it could be placed nearer to a wall. Otherwise I'm happy that it's reasonably good quality and value for money.As I need to work out some routines to use the machine to target specific body areas all I can say so far is that it certainly does something and affects the feet up to the lower chest and back, I don't think that it will do much for the upper body without lying down in press-up position, which I've yet to try.I'll comment further once I have used it more comprehensively.After using daily now for three weeks or so my honest opinion is that it's good for the feet, legs, buttocks and belly but not particularly good for the upper body due to the uncomfortable positions the user needs to assume to target these areas (I'll try the resistance belts next). The light panel is frankly really distracting in my opinion and not at all informative when standing looking down at it, far better would be a peep noise every minute to help users count off time to the end of the selected programme.The resistance bands are frankly useless and a trip hazard when not in use, I've now removed them and won't bother with them again.My opinion is that the machine is fine for a daily lower body workout with minimum fuss but isn't of much use for the upper body unless you are already fit and capable of getting into and holding the necessary positions.

Great machine so easy to use we use it every night for 30 mins each .We are feeling a change in our fitness level, which before was non exsitent.

The media could not be loaded. Update.. yeah it died.. I think the motor must have gone as it’s barely moving now.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Thankfully I got a refund from Bolo and told to keep it so it must be a common issue. Lasted less than 3 weeks.I purchased this as I suffer with painful legs and was concerned about circulation and DVT as I’m mostly sedentary as suffer from arthritis and fibro.. the concept is great.. the vibration seems to help with the pain for a while. Too early to know about toning as I am quite heavy and it’s only been a couple weeks. Will try to remember to update. Unfortunately it started glitching as you can see in video and wouldn’t start easily. I can also only get it to do ten minute increments but it does allow me to carry on using it so just have to restart. I really enjoy using it, when standing you can feel it throughout your body and it’s a pleasant sensation for me. I also sit on the sofa with just my feet on at times or sit on the plate although that can get uncomfortable as there are nodules all over that hurt when bare footed. It’s also not as spacious as the photo would appear if you are larger so take that into consideration.. I just about get seated and cannot get my feet wide enough apart to try squats. I called about the glitching and Bolo refunded but told me to keep it so as it’s now free I can’t really complain.. let’s see how long it lasts. In Hindsight I would look at width and size if purchasing another as this is on the small side for me but I guess if you’re a regular sized person it would be ok. I think it helps lymphatic drainage and circulation as I always need to pee after use 🤣

This machine is really good for work out, making you get a good sweat on and burn 🔥 those calories, use the Bluetooth and dance 💃 to your favourite music while vibration plates work their magic.

Wrong Power Plug

I was quite disappointed to find that the product came with a UK power plug, despite purchasing it on the EU site. If you're selling products to customers in Europe, it's essential that they comply with the EU power plug standards. This oversight makes it inconvenient for European buyers, and it would be great if this could be addressed in future listings

I have been using this daily since I got it and it works great. I have been trying lymphatic drainage techniques for health improvement, and I do feel like this will help. Different levels of intensity and large enough to stand or sit on. Remote control included. Great purchase, super-fast delivery.

Was sitting on buying this for sometime - happy i finally did. Sturdy, well built machine. Good vibrations and settings. Easy to use. Day 4 - and very happy - using 10 minutes in morning and evening, while watching TV.
