The mugs are really nice, a good size and are perfect replacements for our old breakfast mugs, which had become chipped and cracked over the years.However, I had to order these twice. The first set had one damaged mug, which appeared to have been damaged before being packaged up, as the box was not at all damaged. Unfortunately, this meant that I had to return all six mugs, as Bolo has no mechanism to replace just one item, which seems daft to me. However, the return and refund process was fairly simple with a trip to the Post Office required.
