The pill ejection aid makes it easier to eject pills and capsules from their packaging. Because of the special shape of the punching head, different pill and capsule shapes can be pressed out. Thanks to an optimal pressure distribution, the force required to push out the medication is reduced enormously. The push button can be pressed with the thumb, index finger or the entire palm of the hand. The removal of the pills from the collection container is also considerably easy: The pill slips directly from the collection container into the hand by gently tilting it. This way you do not need to turn the entire pill ejector, nor do you need to take the pill out of the container to remove it. It is especially suitable for persons with little strength in their fingers or limited dexterity, whether they are removing the medication from its packaging or removing the pill. This makes the pill ejector ideal for the elderly and people suffering from rheumatism, arthritis or gout, for example.
Directions
To use, place the pill packaging between the puncher and collection container, apply pressure to squeeze the pill out, then gently tilt the collection container to remove the pill.

Great for punching out round tablets.Not good for punching out oval tablets such as paracetamol,as the centre pusher puts too much pressure on the centre of tablet and breaks them in half. Apart from that it works very good. Still pleased with it though.

Complete waste of money. I bought this because I have arthritis and thought it would ease the pain when taking tablets out of their packets. It made the pain worse. It was very difficult to use and unless you got the Tablet lined up within a nano millimetre it would crush or split the tablet and because of the design, when pushing through capsules, it presses a one in the middle of the capsule which leads to the capsule splitting. After only a couple of times used, the spring jammed and had to keep pressing it again to release it - hence why I threw it in the bin. I definitely would NOT recommend this product. Spend a little extra and get a decent one.

This tablet puncher is a great idea and an easy-to-use design, but the part of it that pushes the tablet out is small (so slender as to be almost pointed) and usually results in broken tablets as it punches them out. It would be much better if the punching piece was larger or softer (maybe with a rubber cover?) to increased and soften the surface area that pushes out pills to reduce breakage. One great feature is that it catches the punched tablets and holds them until poured out. If you don’t mind your pills being broken, then it is a great little device and basically does what it is designed for - punches out pills.

Bought this to cope with some small round pills, which would fly away when poped from the packaging. The device works best for small round pills. It is not suitable for large round pills, oblong pills or capsules. The mechanisum is not smooth and does not always retract correctly. The throat may be a bit small for some packaging. It woul be more useful if it could cope with a wider range of tablets, but it serves the purpose i bought it for.

I have some tablets that are about 4 millimetres diameter, I need four everyday so imagine the delight of not searching all over the floor after popping the pills from their blister pack. Instead I used this tablet puncher, the Idea is good but unfortunately the product is poor. I ended up with approximately 30% of my tablets crushed into powder form a further 20% I had to dig out of the blister pack with my fingernail, the rest seemed to be fine, until I counted the contents of the collection part, out of 45 tablets 2 were actually stuck inside where the punch comes to rest. It is cheap and nasty and very (clunky ) to use. IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE BUT Bolo will note take returns of this item

I have arthritis and have had trouble getting the smallest of my tablets out of the packet. I'm lucky that I only struggle with the smalk round ones, because I tried this on all of my tablets and couldn't get it to work on any other sizes and shapes. I'd give it 4 stars on the small tablets, which is what I need it for, but marked it down for it's limited use.The shape of the puncher is a circle with an overlapping oval and the hole they drop through is a slightly larger version of the same shape. It looks like it should be able to push out a veriety of small to medium sized pills, but it most pills can't quite fit. It is just a shade too small to use on caplet shaped paracetamol and it also too small for smartie/m&m sized round tablets. The largest ones I have found it works on are round and about 5mm diameter.The mechanism is fairly easy to use for someone with hand pain. However, positioning the awkward shape of the puncher over the tablet without pressing on the nearby tablets, is rather tricky. I often have to do it at a diagonal angle.When the small tablets drop through into the compartment, they can often get stuck behind the small pillar like internal structure which holds it together. I often have to shake it around a bit to get them out, which can be quite annoying. It hasn't damaged any of my tablets yet, though. Those two minor annoyances are why I marked it down another star.Aside from the problems I mentioned, it does work relatively smoothly and I do think it is definitely worth the £3 something I paid, but that is largely because it is right for the tablets I needed it for. If you need one for larger tablets, get a different one.

Nachdem ich die negative Rezension gelesen hatte, war ich skeptisch.Aber, diese Ausdrückhilfe funktioniert wirklich gut. Ich habe sie mit verschiedenen Blister-Verpackungen ausprobiert. Nur für sehr grosse Tabletten, die meist sehr leicht aus der Verpackung herauszudrücken sind, ist die Öffnung des Sammelbehälters etwas zu klein.Mir gefällt, dass man das Gerät auch mit der flachen Hand betätigen kann.Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Lieferzeit sind OK!Ich kann diesen Tablettenausdrücker nur weiterempfehlen!
