KitchenAid's are expensive but, oh ! The sleek lines and gorgeous colours. I am delighted with the pistachio green Kitchen Aid and it vis so easy to use. Makes me want to bake even more .

Very heavy and sturdy, beautiful and glossy, I have been waiting 4 years to buy this and have to say, it worth every pound. Extremely pleased and can't wait to start using this, will make my life so much easier, now to get the scale and sift extensions for it.

Always wanted on, this one was an unopened return at half price, cannot fault it, however, following their recipe for a Victoria sponge, I ended up with 2 pancakes🤣 however, my next gluten free one was as good as bake off!

Fantastic Professional Quality Stand Mixer...Very Well Made...Very Sturdy...comes with some great attachments...this mixer is a pleasure to use...wish I had bought one years ago...it is so easy to use...it makes mixing cake recipes a breeze...a Great addition to my kitchen...just keep in mind the High Quality motor/gears used in the manufacture of this mixer makes it a heavy item...but also keep in mind it will last you many many years to come...yes it is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for...go on treat yourself...you will be so pleased you did....Highly Recommended...!

This is the SECOND faulty KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer that I am having to return.Once again.. immediately upon receipt I unboxed and checked the mixer and once again the 1st & 2nd speeds/gears were incredibly noisy and made a loud grinding/grating noise emanating from the top of the mixer. This is not acceptable in a £450 item.After my first experience of receiving a noisy mixer (Nov 2024) I decided to visit my local store and listen to a display model to ascertain just how the mixer should sound. The display model 'purred like a Rolls Royce's which convinced me to try again and re-order another one.To say I am angry, frustrated and very fed up with having to go through the 'return process' once again is an understatement!!My research has identified that there may be a faulty batch of these mixers in the UK and it would also appear that I have received yet another one.I will return this item once the collection point opens after the New Years Day holiday.Very, very disillusioned with KitchenAid and their quality control.NOT acceptable!!

Vendeur nul et à fuir, réponse seulement si on le relance et encore parfois la réponse est erronée. Article commandé avec panne au déballage : moteur avec un bruit anormal et qui ne tournait pas rond, ce qui peut arriver. Le vendeur a refusé un échange alors que quelques temps plus tard il y avait bien 9 unités en stock dans sa boutique pour le même produit, même couleur. Probablement parce que j'avais bénéficié d'une remise qu''il a refusé l'échange. J'ai effectué une autre commande du même produit, couleur différente sur un autre site à un tarif bien plus élevé et ce même vendeur a annulé la vente sans raison (de nouveau alors qu'il y avait plusieurs unités en stock) !!!Sinon pour ce qui est du produit lui-même, au déballage il a semblé être un produit de bonne qualité avec de nombreux accessoires.

The media could not be loaded. Die Kitchenaid baiser ist wirklich wunderschön! Die Farbe hat kleine Glitzerpartikel dabei, wunderschön!Aber das wars auch schon mit dem Positiven: Ich habe drei unterschiedliche Teige gemacht, um sie wirklich auszutesten. Bei den Butterkeksen wars ein Rührteig - da dachte ich mir noch: Boah, die geht wie Sau! Aber das erste Manko wurde ziemlich schnell bemerkbar. Die Maschine ist sehr laut und hat dazu einen schrillen hohen Ton, der wirklich bis ans Mark geht. Die Plastikabdeckung ist der pure WITZ: Ist viel zu locker, findet keinen Halt, meine Kinder hatten sie in der Hand, da hatte ich gleich Angst, dass sie brechen würde, so filigran ist sie. Man kann damit nicht einmal ein Ei zum Teig dazuschlagen! Dazu muss man das wackelige Ding festhalten, um genügend Gegenspannung aufbauen zu können. Außerdem spritzt sie die ganze Maschine voll, weil diese durch den Spritzschutz nicht geschützt ist.Beim Brotteig fiel mein Entschluss die Maschine zurückzugeben: Ich hatte nur die kleine Schüssel zur Verfügung also entschied ich mich für ein kleines Brot. Der Teig wurde durch den Knethaken lediglich an der Schüssel entlang geschoben, aber nicht geknetet. Ich musste den Teig immer wieder in die Schüssel drücken, weil er herauswanderte. Siehe Foto + Video (bis zum Ende anschauen!). Also gab ich den Spritzschutz drauf, der daraufhin sofort von der Schüssel gefegt wurde (bei leichter Geschwindigkeit). Soll ich jetzt also beim Brotbacken immer daneben stehen und Teig hineinschieben?Letzte Chance: süßer Germteig. Ich hatte wieder die große Schüssel, den Spritzschutz lies ich weg. Die Maschine rührte brav, ich war zufrieden. Als ich nach 10 min wiederkam war der Teig ok, aber die Maschine war sehr arg heiß! Das werden Buchteln, also wars ein sehr weicher Teig. Und nach 10 min brennt mir die Maschine fast aus? Sorry, das Ding geht zurück. So schön sie auch ist.Für über 500 Euro geht da mehr, vor allem weil die Maschine nicht einmal raspeln kann - muss man alles extra (teuer) dazukaufen. Ich weine immer noch meiner alten Bosch hinterher, die seit 10 Jahren treu im Einsatz ist, trotz Tanz auf der Küchentheke niemals aufgab (oder heiß wurde) und raspel und schneiden konnte. Leider löst sich jetzt die Schmiere auf und tropft in den Teig. Ich bin ja bereits, viel Geld für eine neue Maschine aufzugeben, aber die Kitchen Aid hat mich wahnsinnig enttäuscht!

Haben uns sehr auf unser KitchenAid Artisan 4,8l in Baiser weiß gefreut. Mit der Lieferung kam dann aber sofort die Ernüchterung. Schon der Karton macht keinen guten Eindruck. Grund dafür war, das statt der ausgeschriebenen Neuware-, ein sog. Factory Service Product geliefert wurde. Dies sind im Werk generalüberholte Aussteller und Rückläufer, die auch nur noch mit einer reduzierten Garantie von 1 Jahr kommen. Darüber weißt ein Aufkleber, auf der Bedienungsanleitung hin, die noch dazu aussah, als wäre ein Panzer drüber gefahren. Für den hohen Preis wollten wir dies nicht akzeptieren.Bolo übernimmt hier natürlich anstandslos die Retoure, was ich nicht anders erwartet hätte- und mich auch nicht als Dauerkunde vergrault.Trotzdem hoffe ich, dass durch die gemachte Kommentare zur Retoure- und diese Rezension, ein Verbesserung bewirkt wird, die anderen Nutzern ähnliche Enttäuschungen vielleicht erspart.
