I originally ordered a L which proved a little too "snug" - either poor sizing or too much to eat at Christmas. I exchanged for an XL and have been very pleased. I have an old HH from many years ago and this one is just as good. Perfect as a base layer in colder weather - I mainly use it for cycling or tennis.
