Be careful using this for the first time . You will get bad cramps . It’s does clear you out fully . I took it in the evening and emptied my bowels twice before 9am and was starving ! If you use it regularly the cramps become easier . First time users , make sure you aren’t far from the toilet 😂

Don't waiste your money this is Chinese rabish! This worth £1 maximum and in the long run doesn't work.I regret deeply waisting my money for this rabish. Better purchase senna from the supermarket, don't think this is a healthy tea, this is a rabish!Doesn't deserve the one star

We had to refund this because we paid for the 4 boxes for 18 gbp and only received one. Bolo advised we could keep the box we did receive . Buyers beware.That said, after trying the tea. The flavour isn't great but the results as a laxative is profound. Make sure you don't have any plans the next day and maybe bring some reading material to your bathroom.
