After so many years of drifting into the convenience of tea-bags, lockdown provided the perfect opportunity to get back to basics and start investing the time and effort to make a proper cuppa. I tried a few loose tea providers on Bolo, which were mostly good but for me Vahdam teas are my favourite. The English breakfast tea provides a perfect strong and full flavoured cuppa. I brew for around 4-5 minutes but unlike a Darjeeling (which Vahdam also supply) can tolerate longer without going bitter. Such high quality tea is, per cup made is possibly more expensive than my old tea-bags. However, unlike before, I never waste a cup these days- and no longer do I find cold half drunk mugs around the place. So I think it all balances out. Lockdown is coming to an end, I feel, but I shall be continuing with my Vahdam teas.

This is the best tea I have ever had - honestly! The difference between this and the average - even more expensive brands - of off the shelf teas available in the UK is enormous. If you haven't tried it then do!! And you are supporting an ethical company that ensures growers and their families benefit as they deserve from the top quality tea they provide. Isn't that worth paying a bit more for?

This is not like the tea bags you buy in the super market the flavour is perfect and you defo feel healthier after a cuppa in the morning. I would recommend this to anyone who likes the healthier things in life. I'm going to buy this product constantly as its perfect. Thanks

This is a lovely tea, it's weaker than tea bags (which is be expected as there is less surface area in loose leaves) but I much prefer it because it has an incredible aroma, more than any breakfast tea I've tried. I expect this is because it is so fresh - the bag I received ordered was picked the previous month which is amazing.I can't comment on how it compares to other loose leaves but it's really a step up from tea bags.I've found I use closer to 3g per a cup, so the bag won't give me as many cups as they say, but you're still getting a really nice tea. There's also something really nice about the process of using leaves which makes up for the extra washing up involved. I'll be buying again.

Nice Tea - tastes good and authentic, I finished one pack in about 2 weeks (which shows I enjoyed it)But my honest feedback on the price point is that it’s too high for what it is, so I’m not planning t re-order for a while, which is a shame because I like the tea

I have had ceremonial grade by ILEM JAPAN which I liked just with water, this was my first time trying calinary grade but this is very tasty with milk because of vanilla flavour, they both have same amount of caffeine which I am hooked on so I felt that in my body, infact because of this matcha I have been drinking milk again. thanks for making such tasty matcha

Per me un tè sorprendentemente gradevole da bere senza zucchero, che soddisfa sia l'olfatto, con un profumo delicato ma abbastanza intenso, che il palato con un sapore soave e quasi dolce.Ha un contenuto di teina sicuramente modesto il che per me che sono solito berne dopo cena è una gran cosa: ho già sperimentato che, nel limite di un paio di tazze, non crea problemi al mio sonno.Avevo già assaggiato questo tè nella confezione da degustazione con molte varietà di Darjeeling che è la qualità che amo di più trovandolo particolarmente piacevole e così ho acquistato questa confezione da 340 grammi che, specie nell'acquisto scontato di 24,99€, ha un rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente invitante.

Got this for my fiancé to try about 3 years ago and now it's pretty much the only tea he drinks. So delicious we always order before we need it so he doesn't run out. The packaging keeps it fresh and each diffuser full gives him 2 uses.
