It is comfortable to hold as it's a larger jotter pen. The ink flows pleasantly when writing. The clicking is also satisfying.The gold matte finish is so pristine and beautiful. I would recommend this pen to anyone who loves Parker pens and wants comfort at the same time.The arrow clip is also sturdy.Just be mindful when using this in front of other people as it is so beautiful it might end up in someone else's pocket!

The Parker Jotter XL is definitely a step up from the regular Jotter. It writes really well, with smooth ink flow and a comfortable grip, making it a pleasure to use for both short and long writing sessions. The larger size gives it a more substantial feel compared to the standard Jotter, which is a nice touch.It also comes presented in a nice box, making it a great option for gifting or personal use. The overall build quality is excellent, and it feels like a premium pen without the high price tag.5 stars – A better writing experience than the Jotter, with excellent presentation.

I really like the Monochrome Matte Black finish on this fairly priced Parker Pen & I like the fact that there’s a Roller Ball option in this style as well as a Fountain Pen.It comes with blue ink & I prefer writing in black ink & the ink refills are relatively inexpensive so this isn’t a big issue. It’s nice & weighty (not too heavy or too light) making it easy to write with & the ink just flows evenly & smoothly & this is with the blue ink pictured for this review & I’ve since put a black ink refill in & it’s exactly the same fine quality writing. I have read about poor ink flow on here but I still went ahead & bought this as I thought to myself ‘that has got to be down to the ink refill cartridge & not the pen’ as the pen really like most pens is just a carrying case for the ink.It’s a nice pen, it writes it’s smart too if that’s your style.

I like my Parker Jotter, especially as a pocket pen. However when writing longer form I do find it a little smaller, which is where the XL comes in. It is exactly the same as the regular Jotter, even down to the cartridge. The only issue I had is that the tolerances also seems to have grown in size. If I use the pen in one orientation the nib flexes and is sloppy and torrid to write with, but rotate it 180 degrees and it is nice and tight and pleasant to write with.

I am so impressed with this Parker Pen and thus my Wife and I are going to give this lovely Pen to my Wife's Cousin for his 70th Birthday. The Gift Box for this Pen, also provided by the Seller, enhances the presentation of luxury. I prefer this pen over the classic Parker Jotter as it fits my hand better and is more comfortable to use. It feels well made and I like that there is a range of colours to choose from . It comes as a medium point, although I've never really been a fan of Parker refills as I don't like the way they write, but it is very easy to find refills online.
