High quality vitamins that's why higher priced. They helped me with stress and hair thinning when combined with immortals oil (topical application) 2x a week with a scalp massage. And taking these b vitamins daily with a meal. Do not consume vitamins on a empty stomach. Highly recommended to pay more for these than solgar or other brands, I tried many others and this brand really has better quality simply due to priority and being hypoallergenic. Very highly recommended!

Why such a mega dose? Because mega doses are what's needed for it to be therapeutic. If you're looking to lower homocysteine levels, this is probably the best B vitamin supplement you can buy. Combine with Vitamin D, Omega 3 supplements, and choline for the best results.

I can't express how amazing this supplement is. I bought this for my alcoholic sister, who became a shell of her former self by drinking to black out almost every day for years. I've noticed a lot of the cheaper options contain bulking agents and other nasties whereas these are what they say....pure. If you're lookng for a vitamin b supplement this is the one to buy. This is my second lot...too quality
