Le ho prese principalmente per uso alimentare, avendo un bimbo piccolo sminuzzo qualsiasi alimento e con le forbici è pratico e veloce.Esteticamente sono carine e colorate.Dalle descrizione si evince che siano di acciaio inossidabile 2cr13 ossia resistente al calore e corrosione, i manici sono in plastica, sono lunghe circa 21 cm mentre solo le lame sono 11 cm circa, hanno una vite che unisce le 2 lame e quando si allenterà si può tranquillamente stringere con un cacciavite a testa piatta.Non ci sono indicazioni per il lavaggio in lavastoviglie, io evito!Ottime anche per tagliare le confezioni di plastica, comprese quelle più resistenti (tipo salumi confezionati, teneroni, etc), carta e cartone.Speriamo solo durino nel tempo.
