My hair grows pretty quickly anyway but I was curious to see if this actually did anything in terms of increasing the thickness and/or length of my hair.I can confirm after using this product for the past 6 weeks (I'm reviewing my second bottle of it) that it does BOTH! It's also made my curly, frizzy hair a lot softer, less frizzy and more manageable. I apply this all over my roots, rubbing in well, before then dragging it down the lengths of my hair (which can be done with a comb or fingers). I don't sleep comfortably with a cap on my head so I decided to instead leave it on for 2-3 hours twice weekly.Do be warned that the results are not instant. Again, it took me a month to even begin noticing results and by that point the first bottle was nearly empty. It would be very easy to write this product off but please do stick with it!I'm tempted to try other Vatika hair oils, which I will likely do once my hair reaches the length I want it to. But this one is a definite 10/10 for those looking for faster growth and thickening!

What a lovely oil to quickly bring back the shinning into your hair! It has the right consistency, gentle smell and boy, does it make a difference to the hair! It revives the natural colour and shinning of your hair, even if you can only leave it on for a short period. I will certainly buy it again. Good value for money and the delivery is great. Fully reccommend it!

Only used this once and already impressed. My hair definitely has more shine to it and feels smoother. I have dyed blonde hair so it’s very dry and lots of split ends.The oil is quite a thin consistency so it’s easy to distribute through hair. I put it on from roots to tips and left it on about 6 hours. It washed out easier and I put a little through the ends after drying.The smell isn’t unpleasant. The way I would describe it is medicinal but it’s not overpowering.The bottle is plastic with a pour cap which can make getting the oil out a little tricky but I imagine this type of bottle helps to keep costs down. I plan on putting it in an old pump bottle I have.Looking forwards to continuing to use this!

I bought this in Feb 2025 and this was 5 months out of date and subsequently smelt like stale/rancid frying oil. I couldn't use it at all
