Bulbs lasted a few months. Bought replacements and they don't work. Then I noted another review advising that the bulbs can't be replaced. I've bought a proper zapper now from Nesbits catering company and it can use replacement bulbs

I was surprised at the size of this unit. Its great for the normal house fly or anything of that size, but for knats and other small flying pests, it's not as great as I'd hoped for. The electrode mesh is too far apart from each other and the smaller flies are able to pass between and through with ease.It does work well with the larger fly.It uses a very small amount of current, barely it will draw a couple of amps. So this product is really good at keeping the bill low.It's easy to clean, and maintain. I use a small fine haired paint brush to clean the electrode framework, hoover the murdered flies and the job is done apart from a quick wipe round the try.

Purchased mid-May 2024, stopped working 31 July 2024. Two months and I can't find a way of getting it replaced. Not good enough!I've got another one that I bought end of May, let's see how long this one lasts!Second unit failed 14 August 2024!
