We have had this tap fitted since December 2020 ( so about 4 weeks ), and so far it has been sturdy, looks good and functionally has performed well. We have used the spray and normal flow function and pulled the hose out to clean around the sink unit several times. So far, there have been no issues with any of the functions. Depending on your water pressure , the spray function is powerful which is useful in many circumstances for cleaning, but can spray splashes of water about. It just takes getting used to. The tap control which sits on the side of the tap is different to the one we had before, but it is easy to use in controlling the water flow and required temperature. We had a professional plumber fit this in about an hour. For the money this has been very good value and we are pleased with our choice.

Great quality sturdy and heavy tap, looks really slick and luxurious. Just what I wanted with the handle being a little higher as sometimes washing the dishes with a handle at the bottom gets in the way.The pull out spout is great, goes a good distance and works very well. Really powerful! The only thing is that it doesn’t sit completely flush once the pull out is returned to the tap but that’s ok, doesn’t bother me really.

You could pay double this price and still not feel like it is too much! Easy to install and works perfectly. The two spray patterns are really useful and looks so much better than the usual basic taps. You wont be disappointed.

I needed a new tap for my kitchen sink, my old one is leaking badly and was cheap bad quality, which is totally the opposite of the Crea Kitchen tap with pull out shower, its a good quality tap, got a bit of weight to it, not like the chao ones, its a modern design, my one is crhrome and it comes in black and also stainless steel. £78.99 is a good price for a good quality tap, but even better, mine cost £50.77 as it had busted box and slight imperfection to the tap, but to be honest I cant see it myself, and I’m really happy i got a bargain. I do recommend this tap.

Tap looks fairly well made and install was straight forward but for me it converted my gravity fed hot water to a trickle. Nowhere in the description does it warn of this and with the claimed 24 hour resolution to any problem i thought i would try it... it wasnt the cheapest but i dont mind paying a bit more for service.Anyway when i emailed the manufacturer about the problem i was asked to supply pictures, what that would do i wasnt sure but i sent some, two days later they asked for a video...i sent that.Anyway days between each banal question led to the resolution from them... go and buy a different cartridge!If you have a high pressure system it should work fine but otherwise steer clear because the so called top support is not there.Now returned and replaced with one half the price and better performance.Why all taps dont show what the minimum pressure required is i dont know but if it isnt there assume its high pressure imho

This is a great tap. Appears to be a well thought out design. The tap was a replacement for a cheap one that needed updating in our utility room. We are now considering getting another for the kitchen.When it arrived I was little concerned about the spray button as it didn't seem to positively 'click' from the stream to spray function. But once fitted the button changes the stream to spray no problem. The tap will always default to stream when the tap is turned off and on.I'm also impressed by the design of the fixing which secures the tap from the underneath of the sink. No more having to try and hold the tap to stop it turning whilst tighting the nut. The nut is tighten snuggly to the washer, but then there are 2 screws to further tighten the nut against a plastic locator. This secures the tap to sink perfectly.The only thing to note is that you need a decent drop from the bottom of the tap for the weight to pull the extending hose back to the tap main body, as the hose is quite long. This wasn't a issue for me but if you have a shelf underneath your sink the length of usable hose may be limited.With our other taps you can see a difference between the stream of our cold and hot water, probably because our service water comes in at quite a high pressure. But this tap appears to regulate the flow so there is no different when switching from cold to hot.

The media could not be loaded. Our tap broke so we needed one in a hurry and purchased this. All-in-all we’re happy with it. Instructions were basic and in the end we couldn’t use the plastic triangular mounting ring - it just didn’t leave enough (or any) thread to grab on to. But that’s okay. It’s still very solid.The two downsides:1) when on the stream flow setting it sprays a lot of water around. So I’m getting drips/spray on my countertop. (See video)2) it’s like the lever has some built in stop. You can turn it on and get to a natural stop but if you keep pushing (and with decent force) it’ll pop into “the next gear” to give you maximum flow. Not sure why it does that and it’s not offering any value... just a bit of a pain really. (Also see video, but hard to show)That said, those aren’t dealbreakers and for a tap at this affordable price delivered the next day we’re reasonably happy.

Finally fitted the tap. So it's quite sleek and stylish,no extra holes to be drilled for the filter but I must say it's a bit confusing when you first start using it .Once you get the heck of it , easier to use

Nach 2 Jahren Benutzung erfüllt die Armatur immer noch Ihren Zweck und funktioniert tadellos. Angeschlossen ist ein Riva Wasserfilter und es ist keine Farbe oder ähnliches abgeplatzt.

1 yıldır kullanıyoruz. Bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Sadece keşke suyun aktığı üst kısım biraz daha uzun olsaydı. Lavabonun orta değil kenarına doğru su akmış oluyor. Haliyle lavabo dışına şu sıçraması oluyor. Ufak bir kisimda renk atması oldu. Alttaki metal rengi hafif görünüyor. Rahatsızlık vermedi bize. Kargo hızlı ulaştı ve sağlamdı.

Prima kraan met spaarstand. Alleen spuitstuk is wiebelig in de kraanhouder. Heeft geen solide aansluiting. Maar voor dat geld mag dat.

Es war etwas schwierig die alte Armatur(Platzenge) auszubauen. Die Neue ging gut und einfach einzuschrauben. Es ist alles dabei was benötigt wird(außer Werkzeug, was klar ist), sogar Ersatzdichtung anbei. Verpackung sehr gut, Design sehr schön. Sie ist matt, also auch pflegeleicht. Der Knopf um von weichem Strahl auf Düse umzuzstellen ist schön groß.(Anleitung in english, aber für Bilder braucht es keine Sprache, geht also für Jederman). Wertigkeit....macht sehr guten Eindruck und funktioniert einwandfrei. Für die alte Armatur hatte ich fast das Doppelte bezahlt und wundere mich nun wie günstig man eine Armatur, die dann auch noch topp ist, erwerben kann.Bevor das Teil eintraf hatte ich schon Mail vom VK (nicht ganz einwandfreiues deutsch aber verständlich), ob Artikel schon erhalten, ob alles ok und wenn nicht, erstmal Kontakt aufnehmen.Für mich normaler Werdegang, für Andere scheinbar nicht, sie posten gleich Negatives.Würde diese Armatur jederzeit wieder kaufen und wenn sie 5 Jahre ihren Dienst tut, dann war sie es allemal wert, weil "nur" so lange hielt die teurere vorher.Also volle 5* für Artikel und Webshop.
